Working as a National Photo Editor with Patrika Group of Newspaper. Previously Worked with Weekly News Magazine "Tehelka" as a Deputy Photo Editor about more than 6 years after working with Photo Agency "PTI" in New Delhi. He also worked for Danik Jagran & Amar Ujala. He won many National and International Awards including "Picture of the Year Award" in 1st RNG India Press Photo Award-04 organized by English Daily "The Indian Express". In this he received Cash prize and a visit to Amsterdam, The Netherlands (World Press Photo). He was selected amongst the 12 Picture Editors of well-known magazines or newspapers around the world by Le Monde for 2010.

Basically, He is a hard news photographer but also he is doing portraiture, documentary and fashion. His pictures have also been published in News Week, Le Monde, The Guardian, Courrier International,El Periodico de Catalunya, The Age, People etc .
